a receipt has been emailed to you.</p>
<p>If you have already arranged your next appointment (at the end of the session with your therapist), then this payment confirms the booking. If you have not yet arranged your session, <a href=”http://www.supersaas.com/schedule/login/Bright_Eye_Counselling/Counsellor_Tobin_Hunt”>login to our automated booking system</a>, then you can choose your next appointment.</p>
<p>Please be aware that you are responsible for attending pre-arranged sessions, non-attendance will still be charged for. Similarly, we would expect at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation.</p>
<p>Of course we value your honest feedback at any point, and obviously it’s best if you can do that during a session, but if for whatever reason you’d like to say something about the service anonymously, then we have a <a href=”http://www.brighteyecounselling.co.uk/feedback.html”>feedback form</a> for that purpose.</p>
