Hello everyone I am new here.

My partner has taken a big step in quitting drinking. Although I was not a problem drinker , I too have stopped drinking to support her in this. I am hoping to learn a little what those of you have gone through in your process so that I can better support her. It has been 3 weeks since we quit.
