Well done DD. I've got a challenging weekend ahead which would historically have been a big drinking weekend. The match tonight (not that I'm bothered about football but would have been an excuse to drink.... a lot). Then it's a family birthday so having a get together with "cake and fizz" tomorrow ...

Evening all, how we doing?

Just bought myself a blood pressure monitor as historically my BP can be on the high side. Happy to say it is now normal. Pretty sure it wouldn't have been if I was still drinking! ;)?
