So I’m going to check in each Saturday morning, if not before to post where I’m up to. It’s probably very boring for everyone else but it’s just a method of ...

Is he a ‘dry drunk’ kath, as in hasn’t addressed his issues yet as to why he developed a drink problem? Don’t they say being an alcoholic/addict isolates you whereas the opposite is to be connected and engaged? Maybe he’s not found his thing yet? Does he have hobbies and pastimes he enjoys? How does...

Re: successful cutting down?

Ruby I think I see reflections of how my alcohol problem was in some of your description I think it shows how an alcohol problem can change in order to make sure we keep drinking and leads us to think we have more control and choice over it than we do. There’s always a tendency to think ‘yes but.......

Re: Darcy's Fitness and Weight Management Club

I know where you’re coming from SG! I’ve gained half a stone since stopping SW few weeks ago. I don’t want to go back to being on any kind of diet but also cannot take or leave sugar Last night I popped into a shop to buy toothpaste and also came out with 2 custard tarts and 2 cream slices. I ate th...

Re: Weird Dreams

Ruby your houses that are falling apart but that you are doing up represent how you feel about yourself. Your sister is clearly very important to you, if it weren’t for her - she’s the reason you’re here and so on. Mark, I think I might have an idea of some of the elements of your dream although whe...
