Re: Personal Goals

Gutted about Boris but over the moon for the SNP, guess I better get to bed, the one seat I wanted to hear the result is the last to call, guess I'll have to put up with 48.

Re: Personal Goals

Hey, spend Xmas how you want ruby, there’s no rules! Election Day! Pretty sure Scotland will be vastly snp again but really can’t call the rest, will be interesting. Just hope it’s not hung parliament again. Such a waste of energy and focus if it is, continuing to run round even faster in circles. ...

Re: What Has Made You Happy/Angry/Sad/Proud/Grateful Today?

Grateful that there's so many free courses/groups I can attend locally. Went to a family history group and then free dinner at the local mental health centre (with a huge doggy bag). The joys of being looney.

Cheers spats, here's one back. <:)>

Grateful for the internet, getting £123 back from EDF energy and changed tariffs for a deal that's only available on comparison sites, saving almost£200 per year.

Re: The First 7 Days

Nice to see yous back action and spats, hope you get a nice day for your walk, I like cold frosty but sunny weather too, as long as it's not windy. I've been a complete couch potato these last few weeks, I need a good kick up the backside or maybe a resolution or 10. Hi bizzy and Johnny. :...

Re: Personal Goals

Having as quiet a Christmas as possible, very few presents, no cards, just my sister and I mucking in together. They don't call me Scrooge for nothing. How's about you? Well done on the soup kitchen, I'm planning on volunteering with crisis, the homeless charity over the holidays. I did it...

Re: Depression, Bipolar and Other Personality Issues.

Hi Moira I’m sorry to hear you’re in such a bad place and hope that staying with Jim will help you. Are you able to pop in to see Tilly to reassure her? Just another week till you see your gp, let them know how you really feel about the whole situation and that you are working with your psychiatris...

Re: successful cutting down?

Moira, I think you've done a great job of massively reducing your alcohol intake since you came on here, and that's a huge positive. My caution is always that alcohol, mental health issues, and especially suicidiality are a really terrible mix. Anyone who experiences any sort of mental health isses...
