Re: Depression, Bipolar and Other Personality Issues.

Hi all , well I am 9 months in and many will remember the problems I had in April with work. I have to say I am struggling to get over things. The two people I had problems with are still on my team and I have anxiety whenever I have to engage with them. Lately I have been having really low mood, p...

Re: Grief and Loss

Just thought I would give this thread a bit of a bump as my Mum is at end of life stage and we don't think she will make it to Christmas. My Dad died about 11 years ago and the impact of that was bigger than I could ever imagine I'm not really sure I can manage this properly. On another thread I hav...

Sooo happy my boy's on his way home. He's been in Turkey for two weeks with his best mate and their family. I am glued to flight tracker at the mo  reckon he will be in British air space in about an hour and his friends family dropping him home about 230/3 can't wait to see him!

Re: The Spirituality Connection

I hit a bit of a difficult period quite stressful one way or another and it didn't seem to matter how much I tried I just could not regularly practice meditation, or mindfulness or my breathing techniques or read any of the books which I find calming. The time I needed it the most and it just seemed...

Re: Sober July

I envy you you're ability to sleep Harkwell. I've never slept well drinking or not drinking. Usually I can fall asleep easily but can't stay asleep if I can get five hours in one go I feel like I've done so well but unfortunately that is very rare.
