Got a PT and ...

Re: The Road to Abstinence.

Thank you for the welcome. I went for a run this morning (local parkrun). It was tough: ugly tough (w). But all the way around I kept thinking that this will be easier soon. Neal ;)? its a good mind set to have Neal -staying strong in thought is often half the battle. I need to adopt a stronger mor...

Re: New Members - Please Introduce Yourself Here

I completely understand Lisa. Its a tricky one though, to taper from such a high intake and remain well. I am sure you know the risks of doing this unsupervised? Not being preachy here, that's not my style, just thinking of your health and relating to others experience on the boards. Have you seen o...

Re: Darcy's Fitness and Weight Management Club

Monday it is then !! Been thinking about SW again...good sensible diet I know, …..any "diet" that reduces sugar, calories, quantity would be good for me...just fell out of love with the whole "meeting" business...…….but feel I really need some accountability that the weekly weigh in brings that I ca...

Re: Just want to share.

Lushie fantastic achievement my lovely, just fantastic. For some of us, it doesn't do us any harm to look back, in a way it keeps us focused as to what we want to move away from, but remember you are so different now, you have carved out a new booze and fag free life. Its amazing what you have done ...

Re: Darcy's Fitness and Weight Management Club

Ok today is the day for me. Not stepped on the scales. I just cant face them after such a week of overindulgence-feel bloated and horrible and think seeing the hideous number on the scales will be a deterrent not a motivator today. I joined a local gym a month ago and so far really enjoying it, but ...
