Re: The Wobble Board

Not coping. I'm sorry to post here but there is nobody I can tell. My mind has been in turmoil all week and I have been drinking. I'm afraid I've made myself very ill and I don't cope well with physical illness by myself. I have no appetite or hunger and am very sick when I try to take in fluids. I'...

Re: Depression, Bipolar and Other Personality Issues.

Thanks Martha, well my psychiatrist phoned today and said I was 'threatening him' when I pointed out that every time they reduce the olanzapine I take an overdose. I was feeling really paranoid last week and was getting manic the week before but that didn't happen in his mind, it was just anxiety. ...

Thanks for the concern guys, I really appreciate it. <:)> Got really upset this afternoon, when he didn't call again! Re: The First 7 Days

Ruby and Lucky, thanks so much for your kind messages, much appreciated.
I'm not doing very well at the moment unfortunately and I think depression has yet again crept up on me and that along with the bad news and alcohol has left me a bit broken.

Re: The First 7 Days

And to prove just how stupid I actually am I just wish I could have something (wine, vodka) so that I don't have to face up to day 1, I wish I could just prolong it for another day. I don't want to have to think of anything, face up to any sadness, nothing.

Re: Depression, Bipolar and Other Personality Issues.

My psychiatrist didn't phone me back today, not sure what to do, thinking of taking my mental health back to my gp and putting in a complaint about him. I've got a gp appointment in a couple of weeks will see what he thinks. Ruby XX Ruby that sounds really neglectful. Please do try to speak to your...

Re: The First 7 Days

Day 1, I suppose :( I received some bad news a few days ago and used that as an excuse to drink. Now, obviously, I'm filled with regret and feel ill :( I never wanted to be back on this thread, so depressing. As well as feeing very ill I also have that terrible anxiety and stress that come with alco...
