For me it has to be all about acceptance. Acceptance that I have an alcohol problem. Acceptance that it's not normal or helpful to think about drinking so much. Walk in the rain today. Only to the surgery and back (flu jab) but I went the long way to turn it into an hour's brisk walk. Better than nothing ;)?
