Keep up the great work Rose and Jj123, these feelings are all pretty normal :)

Ah Karate and Yoga, both very good for mind, body and mood. I used to do Shotokan Karate as a teenager. It really helped with focus and channelling a lot of pent up emotion i had back then. Great for fitness too.
