Ruby - 17,000 steps, many of which involve going upstairs and downstairs to collect the things I forgot to get last time i was up/down! And a long dog walk. haha seismic! Well done SB, thats my aim -10lbs. But think this weather is making me hungry! Thanks P i got fitbit as a gift and quite like it tho I didn't think I would. Maybe its because it sends me messages saying I am over achieving (with number of steps)...its not something I am often told :lol2:

Have you tried SW Ruby? I did it years ago and preferred SW to WW. Hoping to fit in gym and yoga today. Trying to think of a new activity/sport to get involved in thats more sociable, thinking of cycling, ski-ing, running, golf or rowing :? Exhausted just writing that!! x
