Does anyone remember the drinkingdiary.com where you put a blue square in for an AF day? I found the image of a sea of blue really comforting when I stopped years ago but can't find it now!! maybe theres an equivalent could anyone suggest using ?

Aw thanks guys you were right but I failed to pick up the AF drink when I went to the fridge and drank all the wine instead :( but it just means its a 6/1 not a fail, and start afresh today rather than back to daily drinking (god please let it mean that) So I'm with you ruby for a sober week ahead.H...

Morning all, Hope everyone had a good weekend. Just got a fitbit, I seem to be averaging around 15,000 steps???
Monday morning weigh in was 10st 7lb which is 3 lb off ;)?
Would like another 3 for next monday please...need to up the cardio, down the sugar.

Well done you all! Essay such a close one as well!! Sleepyb I agree - they will socialise will alcohol, its the culture we live in. Its a difficult one - on one hand its better learn to know your limits e.g. have a few rather than suddenly go out one night on a bender, on the other it sends the mess...
