I AM ON MY 8TH DAY TODAY, FULLY PLAN TO COMMIT TO FOR AS LONG AS I CAN,ARGUMENTS AND STRESS SHOULDNT BE AN EXCUSE TO BE WEAK, JUST TRUST IN MYSELF AND HOPE THE CAMPRAL IS WORKING ASWELL.

a few days to go until addiction gp's appointment. have been taking advantage of tesco beer offers of 3 cases of bud for 20quid,im lucky if they last me 3 days. im hoping the gp will prescribe drugs and not insist on a detox,its weird, some days ill have a beer at 6 in the morning and then need more...

ive been drinking approx 10 cans of 5% lager every night for years, have now been told to lose a can every week, but by 8 cans its proving hard to just have 7 when youve bought an 8 pack. im just waiting for the key worker appointment then maybe i can get some medication. they say dont stop suddenly...

i cant believe my partner is still with me, although i suspect our soon to be 2 year old daughter has some part to play in that. i drink at least 10 cans of lager a day,every day. i never get hangovers,im never ill. the doctor told me to cut down by a beer a week, but its proving hard at the weekend...
