hi lima, got some of it from the nhs drugs site but used the shorter list on patient.co.uk ... the only symptom i got with it was a kind of obsession with what i was doing to my body by artificially slowing my heart (hypochondria maybe ! but as both my parents died of heart attacks perhaps understan...

Just to put a different opinion on propranolol... I too used to take propranolol for anxiety/panic attacks, I was advised to take them 'when needed' but was very cautious in my use of them. well 14 days today ( with the blip) am happy to be alcohol free tonight, last night really wasn't that brilliant, drinking is so much more fun when you don't do it!

i only bought 6 cans ( good for me) i've managed to tip two away , this is beyond miraculous.. drank one... it's damage limitation right now, so i have 3 cans and , i could lie and say i aint gonna drink em but i am, thanks for the support, i am not gonna let this turn into 8 months constant drinkin...
