Hi Kath. 5 AF days is something to be very proud of. Last weekend we stayed in 2 caravans by the sea. It was glorious but not AF. AF Tuesday and Wednesday but socialising Thursday. 8 mini wines arrived with groceries yesterday and I ve already had 3. Next week should be easier. Weight up by 2 pounds.

3days AF and one day just one beer. When it was offered 'yes please' came out of my mouth Instead of 'no thanks '. Should still make the 4 days AF.

My personal goal is to get through today. Suddenly today, the thought of drinking is very attractive.
be selfish in your sobriety.

:\: DannyD I hope you made it through yesterday.
Kath, you usually do well, hope you are sleeping well.
Proud to say I have achieved 4 days AF this week. So far 4/1, and only one beer on the one day. Planned drink today as going to a bbq and I m bringing 4 guinness for myself.
I m happy to have reached my WW goal this morning but might have to restart that after this weekend.

So this week made a 4/3 and drank 4 guinnesses and 3 spitfire ales. I m not sure but think that is about 14 units. Hoping for similar next week.
Best Wishes everyone.

Goal achieved 4 days AF and after last week’s blip much easier with few cravings and only a few mind games which I managed to kick into touch fairly quickly. What is it though with this anger I feel so much of the time? Feeling hopeful for 5 days.

Well done Leesa (::) . I don't know why we have these feelings, but I know it is healthier to feel them than numb them.
4/1 and about 10 units this week so far.

Ended up with a 4/3 and 22 units.
This week's goal is 4/3 but less units.

Well done Soberfun, great job on achieving your goal this week (::)

Lost the plot last night and overdid the wine; haven’t done this for weeks and not really sure why I did that as am really liking the sober days but the temptation shone far too brightly and I stupidly gave in to it. So today am feeling rubbish and struggling to function, but getting back on track and aiming for 5 AF days this week as a minimum. Hoping for a better week.

At least you achieved your goal last week.
I sometimes baffle myself and don't why I have a drink when I feel so much better without it. Good luck Leesa
