I haven’t had a drink today or yesterday (internet troubles). Think I was 9 months yesterday…sober as opposed to pregnant!?! :shock: ;)?

Cowboy ;)? nice one!

No drinking for me today despite a well worn pattern on days like this. Did feel a bit grotty today and my default solution was always to drink and 'chill out' but got through the evening without it
