Thanks, Pickles. I'll be at work, this evening, but will try to catch up on it tomorrow ;)?

I was in rehab when she died and they held her up as a kind of' this could happen to you' example which I thought was crass and insensitive.

A FB friend posted this. It's catchy. (And ironic.)

Abba are back and they've still got it in buckets. This one starts off slowly and then really kicks in. Absolutely fantastic (::) \:)/

Wonderful news, TC! It's so amazing that they are back. Watched a documentary about them a couple of nights ago. Fab(ba) stuff! \:)/ (::)

A Northern Soul classic here :-D

(Best appreciated through decent headphones or speakers to get the full bass line)

Excellent, Trojan! (::)

I'm still in bed but immediately wanted to jump up and dance ;)?

I'd never really paid the bass line much attention before. Wow! \:)/

Have to admit, I haven't seen this, Na, but I'll try to catch up on it. Your post made me search for it and it looks really good, thanks ;)?

Nocturne is a great live album, as well as being a sort "greatest hits". Robert Smith plays guitar on it ;)?

I must get hold of a copy of that, Trojan, thanks ;)?
I finally did just that, Trojan, and it is SUPERB, thank you!

This is now officially my Favourite Cover Version EVER - no one on earth screams with quite such lung-busting awesomeness as Siouxsie! :D :D :D

I love that version and the album it's taken from, Trojan ;)?

On the day my gran died I went for a walk into town to collect my thoughts. When I entered the local record shop, they were playing Sweet and Hoffs' version of Who Knows Where the Time Goes? It matched my mood so perfectly that I bought the CD there and then and still always think of Gran whenever I play it.

Sad news about Mike Nesmith - a great man and musician :(
