Hi John - I'm really sorry you're having this problem again! I remember it resolved itself last time. The same was true when I had the same problem on my mobile. I'll make Tobin and the other mods aware of the problem and hopefully we can find a solution to it ;)?

I haven't either to be honest John, but I had a look at the banned IP list and didn't get any joy. Hopefully somebody else (more techie) can lend a hand here.

That IP address was probably assigned to someone in the past who was banned (ISPs recycle their address pool regularly), but I've removed it from the exclusion list so you should be fine now.

I'm glad you're back online, John, but apologies again for the inconvenience. It is a really strange problem that I hope we can find a permanent cure for. I've let Tobin and the mods know that it reappeared yesterday. We'll keep trying to think of a solution.

This may be a long shot John but I keep losing my internet connection and I get it back by typing:-

ipconfig/release followed by

ipconfig/renew in the command prompt box.

Don't know if it'll work but it's worth a try (I'm assuming you're on a windows computer, I'm running Windows 10)

Unfortunately your IP address has been added to a commonly used database as being associated with SPAM or Malware. If you're using your home wifi then turn off your router at the wall, then restart it and you should be allocated a new IP address by your Internet Service Provider. Google 'My IP' before and after to make sure it has changed.

Hiya Folks

Hiya Tobin, I'm sorry that your time is being taken up with this, I don't have a router nor home wifi I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet and a Samsung mobile only, I am on the '3' network, I have Googled my public IP address/number and it is coming up different to the IP number displayed on the post that has been blocked, my public IP address/number as showing on Google begins 94.197.
