It can be really helpful to read up on relapse prevention between now and New Year, whether to extend a current sober run or to make a new commitment to getting sober, with a detailed plan for going about it. We don't need to reinvent the wheel; the mainstream recovery ideas work, if we really commit to them and put them into practice ;)?
