I don't seem to be able to reduce chocolate intake, or sweets or snacks. So today i have cut them all out for the next 2 weeks. Determined mindset because i want to lose half stone before hols, one chin needs to go !

Definitely no chocolate for me today.

Hows everyone doing ? xx

Wow, day 2 of no chocolate or sweet things !

I can do this a day at a time like with the drink. Looking forward to a better complexion and feeling less sluggish (oh and clothes fitting better) ;)?

Happy st paddy’s Sandy <:)>
Enjoy every bite
I will have to check what maltesers are. Peeps seem to find them totally irresistible.
Are they what we call malted milk balls I wonder.

All the malteser adverts make me cringe i really can't bear to watch them, so flipping corny.

Can easily go through a giant box of maltesers though, yum.

Still no choc or sweet things for me, not counting days though, but not giving in cos i no control over chocci atm .

I've developed a taste for the quite cheap if on offer cooking chocolate they do here. Its the 70% stuff used for cakes and confectionary (not like I remember those lardy bars with a bit of cocoa in them they called cooking chocolate way back).

Ive had a sudden and very major change to my financial situation and suddenly have to watch what I spend. How we ever justified buying booze I will never know....

Sorry but I always loathed maltesers. Havent ever seen them here. I used to miss cadburys but not any more. Never needed sugary things. Until now. Guess I got it all in liquid form.
