For me, that would fall under the fourth P - painful!

Purposeful: I had a big bitch with my female colleagues about f*cking patronising mansplaining men in the workplace and convinced them it's not normal to accept this behaviour blah blah blah.

I have been doing quite a lot of purposeful and practical things in the last few weeks. Mainly in the garden. But also on
Monday
purposeful and practical: tidied my terrible tip of a bedroom and swapped winter for summer clothes. Purposeful as hopefully is having a somewhat calming affect (or at least getting rid of the fraught nature of being in there.)
practical (but horrid): 'sanitized' fridge food from Sainsbury's delivery. Yay. First Sainsburys shop in two months! But not so yay having to quarantine and clean stuff.
today
purposeful: I have balanced a saucer of vinegar on a glass to try to get rid of the stalactite-like deposit on the underside of our downstairs bathroom tap. It's so bad I have cut myself on it a few times. Not sure if vinegar is going to be enough though. House smells like a chip shop (in a nice way.)

pleasurable:...? gardening is calming. Not sure if it's actually pleasurable. It's a little mysterious. None of the mechanics induce pleasure but the overall effect of the activity is something akin to it. I intentionally do it in a slow and measured manner which is the antithesis of how I normally go about things.
