Do you know, I've tried the counting days, even up to over a year. At the moment, the simple personal goal of Get Through The Day, works for me. I've woken up sober, just have to Get Through The Day.

Evening goalies \:)/
Danny I hope you did your sober Sunday. Its normally my least favourite day of the week but today has been not too bad. Suffering from a phantom hangover though, very weird as still very much AF!

AF on a Sunday? Well done SF. As Serend wrote, it's always been a difficult day for me too. Have a few drinks - I'll be fine on Monday. I frequently did (have a few), and I frequently wasn't (fine on Monday).

However, waking up sober today. Headache (your phantom hangover Serend?), but sober. Need to drink more I think.

New personal goal. Drink lots and lots, then I won't want to constantly pick at food. It's probably boredom, the picking, it's certainly unnecessary.

Danny I definitely pick at food or binge through boredom!

Whoop whoop. Well done SF. After a few days I began waking up with energy too.

But I've recently kicked him out of the bed, so although I'm in the sober breakfast club, energy has gone.

Morning

Kath can you phone the GP about your sleep patterns? They may be able to offer some help. Or see a pharmacist?

SF. Well done you. And be grateful to you. You've done this. (::) (::)

Serend how did last week's interview go? It's a 2 way thing. I once applied for a job, for which I thought I was a shoe-in, but at the interview, realised I didn't want it.

Waking up sober. Hungry and rumbling tummy, but later this afternoon I have A Procedure. I'm planning an exciting meal for this evening. Though just a bacon sandwich will do me.

Hi everyone,

Danny hope all goes/went well at the hospital,

Thanks for asking about the interview, it involved spending a lot of time near London so not for me at the moment, but I have another one closer to home in a few weeks :). Fine in the job I have if I don't it tho

Looking forward to a sober start tomorrow, got a really heavy day then will be so glad its the weekend
