Keep going Kitty, you’re doing great (::) It’s hard trying to quit smoking and drinking together but it can be done. If you fall down with one, don’t stop quitting on the other, just pick yourself up and get back into it again. It’ll all come together in the end ;)?

You'll get there Kitty, I may not smoke cigarettes but I'm still a nicotine addict, so well done you. (::)

No problems Ruby. Still have a stock of patches, gum, lozenges and a couple of sprays. I’ll probably pass them on if I haven’t needed them by end of the year. I think going through the routine over the last six months helped to wean me off them.

Let’s get you through the first week Kitty. NHS Choices do a Quit Smoking appsimilar to the quit drinking app. It’s worth trying, but is only for 28 days.
