1lb off for me this week. Not bad after a chinese takeaway and not getting out for as many walks due to Storm Arwen and the snow!

3lbs off and feeling, and beginning to look, very different 👍
Had some nice comments off my wife and kids 😁

I’m more alert: more confident and more effective. Combining weight loss with being alcohol free really works for me. I’m also enjoying regular exercise with the old kettlebell 😁

Great to be wearing clothes I’ve not worn for years!

0.4lbs on for me this week. That will be the works lunch out and the little Christmas treats that have been creeping in! Will try and be good between now and next weigh in then will relax it a bit over Christmas! \:)/

Relaxing a bit over Christmas makes sense.

3.5lbs off (so 1.5 stones in 5 weeks)

My mantra at the start of AF and diet was - “Healthier: Slimmer: Fitter” and I feel a lot further down this path.

Hi Fresh
Re relaxing a bit over Christmas. I give myself the go ahead each year to have a mince pie, a handful of quality street, a couple of xmas dinners and whatever else I’m craving. This way I don’t go mindlessly out of control and have to start all over again in January. I also plan on a walk on Boxing Day and New Year to keep me focussed on my fitness and health.

Hi Na :\: Hope you are doing well <:)>

What's everyone's plans for 2022? This year, I managed to lose 4 stone after years of bad habits and kind of giving up on myself. My weight is a bit up and down over Christmas, as you might imagine  but in 2022 I'd like to lose one more stone and to tone up and get fitter. I walk quite a lot, but do no other exercise. I'm thinking strength training/lifting weights might be the way to go but I'll have to find out more about that. Plus, I'm always threatening to re-start Couch to 5k :P
