Morning all. \:)/

1lb off for me at weigh in. I’m a little disappointed it wasn’t more but at least it’s not on. :|

Have made lots of soup again (spicy bean and bacon, nom!) and will try to stop mindlessly eating minstrels.

That’s excellent to be at target weight, well done you sue! ;)?

Keep at it lovelies!

Afternoon all :\:

Well done Sg, a lb off in the right direction ;)?

I weighed myself first thing and I've lost 4lbs this week
I'm not sure how that happened, I'm still in shock

SG, the plan to swerve was going for a short pedal. I've put a new Seatpost on my bike, the other one was serrated (for want of a better term) so could only have the seat in certain angles. Always the wrong ones.

Pi$$ing it down yesterday. That weather just made me think, not cycling. I could have done some gym set in the garage, however, made a poor choice. Same poor choice tonight I'm afraid.
Silly really, the scales on Wednesday morning (post swim) were good.

Not going to WW studio. I am 1lb off though on the home scales. Despite some poor choices and just one swim session.

Hi Sandy! :\: How are you?

I've not got much to say on this thread :? Suffice to say I'd like to lose a little bit (half a stone?) before Christmas but I'm going to have to get back into my exercise routine and cut out some junk if I want to do that.

Hi to all :\: seems to have gone a bit quiet on here. Maintained this week despite all the rubbish I’ve had since last weigh in (including 2 bottles of wine on Thursday night) ()o Working towards losing up to half a stone by Christmas but will probably put a bit more of that on over Christmas. Going to cancel gym membership as I’ve hardly used it over last couple of months (w) Still walking but not as often as I should have but am joining up with another walking group. Keep it up folks ;)?

I'm still struggling with the night time chocolate too Silv. Heroes and Celebrations. Eating nuts tonight instead. Brazils, hazlenuts, walnuts and almonds. Now I know they are probably just as calorific but at least more goodness?

Wotcher fitties \:)/

Stayed the same at weigh in so three weeks in a row that I haven’t gained weight. Some sort of record lately I think. :D

Had a perfectly lovely day yesterday and contemplating a walk today amongst my soup making. Haven’t been to the supermarket yet and haven’t decided on a flavour. Maybe parsnip or sweet potato or something else rooty and warming. <shrugs>

Keep on dahlinks <:)>
