Day 2 complete. I’m on it now :D
Yay 😁 Three days done here and starting day 4. Quite hungry this morning, I must admit, but making do with black coffee until noon so that I can get in some intermittent fasting hours. Lbs are dropping (unofficial weighing before end of 7 days on Sat) but obviously mostly water/glycogen for the moment. Motivating though!

Fresh, I will have to check out pillow spray!
Waiting for bunnies to appear in the fields.

Doing well there Marth.

It's a Neom Sleep pillow spray. Came in a set with a Sleep candle and Sleep hand balm. Wils will be scoffing! :D

High five Martha you will reap the benefits. Day 3 for me, not done 800 calories yet (w) working around 1200. The good news I’m sticking with the diet which is the main thing. I am so determined to lose this stone and just like with the booze I am doing quite a bit of visualisation as to where I want to be. <:)>

Newts and Wils, I have no idea what you are talking about with tom cats and a cushion with Peter Sellars on it? Is that Peter Sellars? (w)

Wils, a gentle reminder, felines enjoying a golden shower contravenes article 2389 of the forum rules regarding explicit content, I must order a cease and desist, sorry about that <:)>

If it's any consolation depictions of dogs doing curly tops on door mats, foam backed carpets or even Axminster for that matter are fully acceptable and more to the point, avidly encouraged ;)?

15000 is great Sandy! \:)/ I'm on day 6 of the 800 cal low carb plan. All going well. It's easy to stick to because I know exactly how much I'm allowed so there's no wondering if I could pop out and buy some crisps or chocolate  The food is nice too but takes a bit of planning and prep. Hoping to have dropped a couple of lbs by Sat, end of week 1 of 3 weeks.

Afternoon everybody.

Well done to all.

It is horrible here today, sea fret coming in off the North Sea.

All the work systems have crashed as well. Means I can get some housework done! :D

Still going well on the sugar free/alcohol free. Walking most days. ;)?

My walking has drastically diminished on purpose, about an hour a day now. I'm doing a 4 day split at the gym geared towards hypertrophy (big word for muscle growth using high set and rep) so I don't want to be doing too much cardio, just the right amount to give me a total daily calorie burn of just above 2500 including gym time, nutrition now stands at 1g protein per lb of body weight split over 5 intakes or 30g every 3 hours with carbs increased pre and post training. Still eating as clean as I can.

The knee is holding out squatting which is good because I like heavy leg work, the shoulder is another story, both chest work and shoulders are being played around with at the moment, joint sympathetic training as opposed to brute pushing is the order there, bench press is ok but niggles on high weight low rep so it's burn work on that and the strictness of the Smith press seems to work, flyes are right out, far too painful in the joint! Shoulders I can handle just about anything except lateral raises, which grind the joint but can still be done light, slow and burning.

The back work is tickety-boo ;)?

Again, I'm really enjoying the pump :D

Not quite sure what’s going on here - strange minds :)
So I seem to have lapsed with the 500 cal fast diet - I mean I knew it wouldn’t last very long but hoped for longer than a couple of weeks ;) just too much trying to find 2 days a week where it would fit in and be least painful
So the new take is portion control, skipping or at least, delaying breakfast and cutting the carbs here
Michael Mosleys new prog was interesting with the take on fruit sugars spiking the blood sugar and portion size. Nothing I didn’t know but good to put it all together to give a new take. I suspect I’m a blood sugar spiker/slumper too like Mr Mosley
Need something that’s gonna be sustainable longer term and I know I’m not disciplined enough to count calories, although that’s in reserve!

Visualisation - I like that Leslans ;)?
