Last cigarette smoked at 6.30pm. In bed now used spray, lozenges by bedside. Will use spray again before cuppa and breakfast in the morning ;)?

You’ve got to do it only when you’re ready Ruby else you’ll only keep giving into the cravings. Are you going to use the patches? I’m using three anti smoking things - no 1 strength patches, spray first thing in the morning and lozenges through the day. So determined this time. Counsellor signing me off was a kick up the bum ()o Good luck, and there’s no harm in carrying on with lozenges to try to stem the cravings in the meantime ;)? <:)>

Yeah hopefully getting the patches and lozenges. Now I'm smoking like a chimney and using the patches. Hope you're doing well. ;)?

Fantastic spats, I've been getting some cravings but not too bad, need to get rid of the fags so there's no temptation.

Going down with a cold so definitely won’t be tempted to smoke. Only thing I feel like drinking atm is hot milk and honey at night and honey and lemon during the day :D

Had a smoking friend round tonight, it was touch and go but I got through it and I got him to take my fags away, quite chuffed with myself.

Day 2

Was SF for 14 years until my hubby died 6 years ago. It’s been a struggle to get SF again but I’ll never give up giving up ;)?

;)? Good for you Spats <:)> It can be tougher to quit the second time around, but it is possible ;)? Your 14 years SF was a lot longer than my previous best of 2 years (I've been SF over 16 years this time), but after returning to smoking (boy did I regret that), I found it a lot harder to get back into the right mindset to quit again. My head kept telling me (done it once so you can do it again - just not today) There were far too many "todays" and I kept on puffing away  I got there in the end though and so will you <:)>
