Day 7 nearly done, it's been tough but I've got there. Enjoyed our family swimming session today, I've been exhausted though, didn't manage the workout instead went to bed for couple hours, felt even worse when I got up.
Going to watch final part of Line of Duty now, can't wait
It takes only one drink to get me drunk, the trouble is I cant remember which one it was

It was very good, wasn't it? I won't comment further in case anyone is going to watch it on catchup.

Day 4 is drawing to an end, and I'm not sure I feel much better, really. Not withdrawal, but the general 'below par' feeling that made me want to stop/have a break from drinking is still here.

My appetite hasn't come back, and I look awful - maybe that's the lack of sleep, though.

I don't expect miracles - decades of drinking can't be reversed in 4 days - but I had hoped for some sort of improvement.

It was brill Sue although I'm still confused by some of it, I never seen the first 3 series so I dunno if that would've made things clearer or maybe I'm just a bit thick!! Lol. Moving over to 2-4 weeks tomorrow but I'll keep nipping in here.
Goodnight all <:)>

Hi all,

Day one for me. Feeling positive but also quite apprehensive.

I know I am capable of quitting as I was 6 years sober before my two year relapse!!
