Stay with it BizzyBee. The good thing is that you are on here and trying.

I’ve (amazingly enough) just made day 8 and it’s worth it for the sleep quality alone!

Back on day 1 after drinking last night, saw my sister for the first time in ages and got a few things of my chest, only down side was I drank to handle the emotional termoil talking about things caused.
I feel sick, tired and emotional exhausted.
Bieng back in contact with the family will stop me from drinking altogether as am always afraid to drink around them for fear of being judged.
This has been a very long and difficult year for me and drinking hasn't helped things one bit.
Hugs to all x

Day 9, and Sunday night which is normally tough for me passed by relatively easily but I did get through about half a gallon of water!

I'll move across to the 2 - 4 week challenge and I'm certain I'll see you all there - you'll make it I'm sure!

Will done E.H (::) \:)/
Really pleased for you.

Day 2 done and dusted here and feeling hopeful for the rest of the week. I've got a social event Saturday Eve but not trying to look that far forward just yet. Each day as it comes and all that!!
Going to bed early as feeling tired.
See you tomorrow x
