There isn't enough alcohol in the world to make you happier, calmer, prettier, more clever or less angry.
Only sobriety will help you achieve these attributes.

I hadn't noticed, I had my eye on the 500 day mark ;)

To be honest, it's not been a great weekend and start to the week. We had to say goodbye to our 15 year old Springer yesterday. So to say I'm feeling a bit deflated is an understatement :|

Hope you are good, I'll check in on the 500 day mark ;)?

A belated congratulations Lushie and many more good things to come, so glad you're smiling :D

And I know I'm a crap poster but I have \:)/ at all the milestones and people popping in. I am loving the spaniels and the babies and the great feelings when people get alcohol free and are loving life again.

Thank you SB for the duck cake, I don't think I said before <face-stuffing emoji goes here>

Oh Smithster, I’m so sorry to hear that. \:)/ Dogs are such beautiful creatures and they hold such a massive place in our heart. They are so loyal and are with you every step of the day, which makes it incredibly difficult when you expect to see them and they are no longer there. Go with the pain and eventually it be manageable. \:)/ My sister and hubby have just said goodbye to their old lab, who was a dear soul. I lost my collie in the month of January in 2009 on Burns Night, but it was the right thing to do at the time. It’s never easy though is it.

15 was a great age. <:)> <:)>. He/she must have been very happy <:)>
