I take the photos from the water in a wetsuit to get a good angle after I’ve done my swim almost enjoy the photography as much as the swimming
It looks fab, JJ! \:)/ I used to go kayaking on the Clyde but I'm not brave enough for swimming in the cold water. Maybe one day I'll pluck up the courage to try it...

Thanks again, and keep enjoying your swimming and photography - it looks such a great way to start the day ;)?

Really lovely to see you, Kim, and to hear your news! Life will be tough for a while with all you are going through, but, as you say, it is better to be sober.

Very best wishes to you! \:)/ ;)? <:)>

Morning, Kim! \:)/

Yes, yesterday we had snow, although it didn't settle. Doesn't feel quite so chilly today - yet ;)

Stay warm! ;)?

Morning Lushie and everyone else on board. Gorgeous photograph Kim, hope you are keeping well.

I still hop on here regularly as well just to see what is going on. 17 months sober yesterday and feeling grand. I guess like some a tad apprehensive as life gets back to normality but to be honest I was 6 months sober before lockdown an I kind of got through that ok when life was normal. I rarely if ever think about drinking, it’s just not on the radar these days, although I am never complacent and I work daily on my well-being which keeps me grounded.

I have a mainly healthy lifestyle, and looking after myself is very important for my sobriety.

Hope everyone is keeping well <:)>

Morning Danny, change my name, My surname you mean ? I have given it a little thought I have a nice maiden name, but oooh the hassle ! I been this name for so much longer than I’ve been known previously . Change of any sort , I do struggle with, but hopefully I will improve.

i have to say you look radiant in that photo, Lushy.
I think Danny meant change 'Lush'. I suppose you could use the original quote. (Film? Iggy Pop song?!) But then I'd have to call you Lusty... Which is probably better than plain old Lust.

Lushie you look fab - all power to your sobriety and a new chapter in your life.

Well done Wilson and Leslans.

Lots of great pics!
