Day 24, starting to feel a little better. I wonder if my awful headache yesterday was a reduction in caffeine? I don’t drink coffee but I do drink tea like it’s going out of fashion, honestly I drink loads, I have it very weak and milky so I’ve never really worried about the caffeine in it, however about 2 days ago I decided to cut down on my tea drinking, do you think that could be it? Anyways after suffering through yesterday’s humdinger of a headache I had no tea at all (except chamomile) today the headaches gone and I’m going to stay away from tea for a while.

We were supposed to go out last night to a kids Christmas party but we were all so shattered we happily gave it a miss and cuddled up on the couch with comfort food and Disney TV :D

Gorgeous day here today, we’re going to wander down into the town and checkout the Xmas festivities they have up for the kids.

Have a great day peeps <:)>

Day 28. I’m still a little out of sorts but tons better. Not long until I move over to the next thread which makes me feel good. Awful day worrying about everything and to cap it off had 4 missed calls this morning at 1.30 am from daughter in France. Anyway she’s fine but that wasn’t what I wanted to see first thing this morning.

Onwards and upwards. Going to get my tree today so I guess Christmas is on it’s way <:)>

Morning all. Day 23 here. Really relieved I swerved a night out last night, especially seeing the photos. There's nothing much attractive about seeing a group of middle aged women drunk and dancing on tables pretending to be 18 :? I don't mean to sound judgemental but omg I do not want that in my life any more.

Hi Chums,
feeling MEGA proud of myself today. I have been struggling with once a week drinking for a bit now, and last night I went out to a 50th party, free champagne all night. Didn't drink and was out until 3. So it is day 9 for me. I really hope I am on the other side of the river running downstream now.
LBNS me owd bud, you are sailing along!! So hope we can manage to get into safer waters together.
I am very water orientated today :? But , I have just been to work exceptionally and sold a boat for a quater of a million. Hope my new bosses are suitably impressed... just got messages off them both saying I am a champion (::) Hope I am a champ in terms of a little bonus too.
