Is there a list of available numbers for 2018? I’m sure I had one years ago but I really can’t remember . This year has got to be the year for me, I am done with this demon. Many thanks

Is there a particular number you would like Shine? If it's available it will be allocated to you. Otherwise, I've popped you on the list at #39 and that will be your number for the year unless you request otherwise ;)?

I have an appointment with an NHS trauma and alcohol specialist tomorrow, about seven years after I started asking for one and two since I was actually referred. I'm going, out of curiosity! Maybe he can give me some tips to help me stay in the good zone I'm in at the moment (I do worry rather about possible relapse after the one year milestone).
The best time to plant a tree was 30 years ago. The second best time is today.

Hope all goes well tomorrow Sal and you do get some pointers to stay in the zone! (::)

TC, #27 is great! <:)> <:)>

Here's hoping the new year is better than the last one! (::)
There isn't enough alcohol in the world to make you happier, calmer, prettier, more clever or less angry.
Only sobriety will help you achieve these attributes.

We'll be pleased to have you with us Spats <:)> The challenge is to get through the whole year AF - simple ;)? Seriously, it's not an easy task by any means, but it is doable. Want to give it a try? You can log on with your allocated number as and when you wish and provide updates (or not) entirely up to you.

I've given you the # 39 and hope that is ok for you (you can change it if you wish). Good luck <:)>
