Looked at liquor store on the way home from work. Thought about stopping for just one bottle of wine. No harm huh... did not stop. Biggest challenge for today. Day four, still sober.

New member today. Day 2 being clean. Very anxious. Usually have a bottle of when I get home.from work and then the.weekends a bottle drinking.with friends. Cant stop at one glass. Every morning I tell myself no more, not tonight. Everynight I convience myself I deserve it because of my stressful job...
