The place to say "I haven't had a drink today"

HMMMMM .... I think that all people who are coming to this site want to say that ... so I don't really understand what is this thread about .. ??????? ... it is like putting up a list with names and putting a star or a X next to their names if they did ... or they didn't ... ... look at me I have not had a drink today ... I will be here every day Mike ... will I get stars ...for past months is well ... I DID NOT HAVE A DRINK TODAY

Forgive me for the intrusion,but I think the point of the thread is for our personal gain ,by way of allowing us all to be proud of OURSELVES and reaffirm to ourselves that we have not had a drink today.I personally feel a sense of achievement by saying and writing that I have not had a drink today,yes its only day two,which is pretty pathetic really.I would never compare myself to others by looking on here and thinking he or she has had a drink today.If it helps anyone to just see it in writing or to reaffirm the fact that they havent had a drink today,it cant be such a bad thing can it?

I agree with HH and Amber, this is a very good thread for those that need it. I for one am looking forward to being able to say I haven't had a drink when I get to tonight.
