What do you believe about your cravings?

What you believe about your cravings strongly influences how easy it will be to overcome them. These beliefs will need to be closely examined, and if necessary, changed to make them healthier or more useful.

Listed below are some common beliefs about cravings.

Please read each statement and rate how much you agree or disagree with each one. For example:
