Yes – if you have an iPhone you can use FaceTime, if you have any other phone, you can use Skype. And of course we can just call you if you prefer not to use video.
It varies; for people who rarely drink, but tend to binge heavily – they may need to quit for a while.

Those who are drinking regularly, and too much, can usually manage to cut down with some support.
