I'm 5' 6" and weigh anything between 9stone 8 and 10stone 3 .
I want to get rid of the wine belly and had been doing quite well until last night...
Have joined the fitness centre and was due to have an assessment tomorrow but have damaged my ribs due to being trollied so will have to cancel.

I walk about 1.5 - 2 miles a day with the dog and was beginning to get quite into the fitness thing....even bought some trainers.
I did the Atkins for a couple of weeks but I don't think its a good long term diet....I was really craving fruit and vegetables so will probably adapt it a bit. I've never been on any sort of diet before but I'd like to lose the belly and get rid of the sort of overhanging bits above my knees! So its not so much about weight, more about shape and tone and feeling better.
