Sad and angry with myself that I didnt win against the EAF last evening-the arguments I had with myself when driving back from work, via the supermarket, would have put East Enders in the shade. I actually forgot to go to the wine aisle eventually and then turned round and went back! wtf?? Can I really just not cope with feeling good about myself? not that I have to worry about that today - roll on tomorrow when I will get up feeling as good as I have for most of the last 5 weeks :D

Happy at work, sad that I'd rather be at work than anywhere else, happy that I'm lucky to love my job, sad that everything else is such a mess. Angry about everything except work, sad about that!!

Made me happy: Five books from the charity shop that I've been wanting to read for ages. All in hardback and all £1 each!

Made me angry: a highly unreliable internet connection...

Made me sad: the sad, sudden loss of the very lovely Lis Sladen, "Sarah-Jane Smith" to Doctor Who fans both young and old, and quite possibly the very first person I ever had a crush on.

Best wishes,
Mark

happy today that my work took me to the seaside on a day like this, and involved a lunch meeting in a reataurant looking over the bluest sea. Even happier that I drank fizzy water and had a salad \:)/

Oh Michelle shopping! What a joke, we went today, spent £80. On food and all that, for just two of us. Then my script, another £7.40. Then a tenner at the pet shop on fish food. So I'm a ton down :x God life is so expensive!

I'm happy that I've got day 6 done and will wake up to a sunny day 7 tomorrow.

Sad that I'm just sooooo tired, slept for 2 1/2 hrs on the sofa after lunch today, I'm supposed to be getting lots of studying done over this holiday weekend, at this rate I'll get nothing done except snooze and snore!

Oh, another happy. My banana cake has come out of the oven and it's YUMMY. Sweet & sticky and perfectly moist! (::)

Caroline,

Congratulations on Day 6 !!!!

I too was supposed to be studying this weekend, i was feeling ANGRY at myself for not getting stuck into it until this evening, now Im a little SAD that I hardly got any done, and WORRIED that I didnt understand what little I did do.

Normally this alone would send me running to the shops for wine .... but not today. Tomorrow I would like to study, not nurse yet another hangover.

Now Im feeling HAPPY :D

Ahhh Bc. I'm sorry about the guppy.

Losing a loved pet, furred, finned or feathered is always sad. <:)>

Thanks Caroline, it is sad, but her time was up.

On a happier note, I have some young males just reaching maturity, their colours are starting to develop now. That's always nice :)

Sorry badcompany about your guppy, sounds like there could be more on the way thought..

Happy that I have done three days and gone through most of the symptoms, angry that I really want a drink now even though I have gone through all the sypmptoms - there are so many people drinking today in my close and it is getting louder which is causing me to feel the wobbles.. Sad that my husband is on his way home and in a bad mood..

Hopefully tomorrow will be day four for me xx

It'll be OK Mai. You'll wake up tomorrow feeling clearer and stronger than you have in a long time.
You probably won't feel completely well, I've still got mild kidney pain now and I'm on Day 7 but every day is better, hopefully you'll start sleeping better too which will lead to you feeling much more refreshed and ready for the day ahead in the mornings.

Stick with it. It's all worth it in the end. <:)>

Happy that Carolin has stayed strong and her kidney pain will be fading fast.. Sad that I have let so many people down, my friends here and my children, angry because as usual I have allowed it to happen with excuses..

Hi Gang,

Feeling good that I've almost made it through the kids absence and am listening to hunky Michael Buble's latest 'Hollywood' (it's got such a great song clip that goe with it) while I'm actually halfway through a uni assignment, the house is open wide, bright and airy. \:)/

Hope you're all having a similar day.
