It's a new month! Yay! \:)/
The hop can be really anything you want it to be!
Some people decide to "hop" through a month sober or to "hop" through each day... a kind of affirmation of their daily intention.
Others have been known to hop hourly if the EAF comes a calling. So let's get a spring in our step and get hopping! ;)?

Thought I'd try hopping through April to see if it helps. I kept forgetting to hop through March and it was not a good month for me :roll:

Being sober is a habit. I think I can live with that.
