Yes – if you have an iPhone you can use FaceTime, if you have any other phone, you can use Skype. And of course we can just call you if you prefer not to use video.

Those who are drinking regularly, and too much, can usually manage to cut down with some support.

No, it is not, we use a more modern approach called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This has been proven extensively as the most effective treatment for alcoholism or addiction, and is now the recommended method used by the NHS.

For one hour, usually once per week, but it’s very flexible, and we can often adapt to whatever schedule you need.

From 10am until 7pm (UK time) Monday to Friday.

Absolutely, just like ordinary counselling or therapy.

If you have an iPhone, iPad or Mac, you can use the FaceTime video-call app.

If you have an Android phone, or a Windows PC, you can use Skype.

If you don’t have Skype already (the App to provide the video link), you can download that for free here.

That’s very difficult to predict without more information about you, but most people find they’ve made significant changes after four or five sessions.
